What You’ll Do

Oversee and grow a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients with attentive service and professionalism.

Evaluate client coverage requirements and propose tailored insurance options with precise quotes.

Serve as the primary liaison for policy maintenance, renewals, and all client inquiries.

Support clients throughout the claims process to facilitate quick and effective resolutions.

Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and regulatory changes.

Cultivate long-term relationships through regular communication and proactive follow-up.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with personal lines insurance.

Current Property & Casualty insurance license valid in your state.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities.

Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a customer-centric mindset.

Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.

Experience using insurance agency management or CRM systems.

Interest in pursuing certifications such as CISR or CIC.
