About the Role : We're looking for a motivated, people-first Sales & Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends time in the field building relationships with facility managers and industry partners, with time for in-office collaboration and remote planning. You'll help us grow by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a healthy pipeline, and helping customers find a trusted partner in Nashville Door.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop relationships with commercial facilities in need of door services — especially in healthcare, hospitality, education, and with service providers like JLL, Cushman Wakefield, CBRE, etc.
- Build partnerships with glaziers, glass companies, general contractors, and builders to drive recurring referral business
- Conduct on-site visits and walk-throughs to assess opportunities and propose solutions
- Work closely with our estimating and sales rep(s) to deliver timely and accurate quotes
- Track leads, proposals, and follow-ups in CRM to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Participate in weekly in-person meetings and use planning / admin time to keep outreach organized and strategic
- Represent Nashville Door with professionalism, urgency, and care
You Might Be a Fit If You :
Have 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or commercial field servicesEnjoy face-to-face relationship-building and aren't afraid to cold call or knock on doorsKnow the ropes in facilities management, construction, or service contractingAre organized, self-motivated, and thrive with ownership and accountabilityAre comfortable navigating commercial buildings and communicating with facility teamsWhat We Offer :
