With ARR already in the multiple millions and growth metrics that look more like a Series B company, they are scaling fast with an impressive brand and world-class founders at the helm.

Head of Engineering – responsibilities

• Own technical vision and strategy, partnering closely with the founders
• Architect, design, and scale the core AI agent products from 0 → 1 and beyond
• Establish engineering best practices, infrastructure, and scalable systems
• Build and lead a world-class engineering team, from hiring to mentorship
• Drive product execution with a balance of speed, quality, and innovation
• Shape the engineering culture, setting the standard for ownership and excellence
• Sequoia-backed with ARR in the multiple millions
• Opportunity to lead engineering at a company scaling like a Series B, but with early-stage ownership upside
• Significant equity and influence in a company redefining how startups grow and operate
• Work alongside exceptional founders and a brand with strong market demand
• Fully onsite in San Francisco with the founding team
