Key Responsibilities
Act as a support liaison for functional and technical assistance related to hospitality product lines
Deliver timely and courteous customer service by resolving incidents and interpreting queries
Maintain effective customer communications and manage expectations to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service or support roles
Familiarity with CRM tools like ServiceNow for logging work cases
Knowledge of operating environments and remote desktop viewing tools
Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
US Citizenship is required due to government contract obligations
