IT Solutions Manager

Overview

Senior Manager of IT Business Solutions at Flow Control Group (FCG). This role leads the operational design, optimization, integration, and delivery of ERP solutions across distribution and assembly business units. The role requires hands-on expertise to translate complex business needs into scalable ERP configurations and integrations, drive collaboration, and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust ERP solutions that align with SOPs in distribution fulfillment, service, procurement, assembly, and finance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes using ERP capabilities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units; partner with business analysts and IT developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead technical design for integrations between ERP and external systems (CRM, eCommerce, WMS, EDI, BI tools).
• Collaborate with finance, operations, sales & supply chain, and other departments to gather requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, functional flow diagrams, and data mappings.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and post-go-live support; mentor junior team members.
• Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with internal controls.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of business processes and IT systems; excel in communication and stakeholder engagement; manage cross-functional projects.
