Hybrid role - 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote
Job Description :
- Manages candidate's interview scheduling
- Coordinates candidate's interview travel
- Verifies details of jobs in SmartRecruiters
- Creates offer letters and obtains required approvals through the SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system
- Initiates pre-hire on-boarding for new employees
- May assist in the new-hire orientation process
- Enters data into automated systems and audits data entry
- Verifies completeness and accuracy of documents
- Maintains files
- Provides information to employees and candidates
- Assists in complex administrative processes
- Processes expense reports
- May prepare special reports for management
- Participates on project teams as assigned
- Ideate on creative solutions for challenges
Skills :
5-7 years of relevant experience (Level III)Strong understanding of administrative operations in Staffing / HRMust be very detail-oriented and have a strong ability to multi-taskExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient at using a PC; highly proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust be proficient calendaring in Outlook and using Intranet / InternetMust have experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS).Experience with SmartRecruiters a plusStrong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality, conduct business in ethical manner, present a credible image and accept and follow directionStrong experience drafting business correspondenceStrong organizational skills and attention to detail is an absolute mustAble to read, analyze, and interpret company policies and guidelinesAble to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employeesAble to interact and communicate effectively with employees, candidates, vendors, contractors, and management in a professional mannerAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAware that governmental employment laws and regulations exist which govern work hours, working conditions, wages, benefits, record keeping, hiring, promotion, and termination practicesEducation :
Associate's or Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or closely related field preferredPrevious experience in a Talent Acquisition function desired.About us :
