Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager organizes, plans, controls, and leads a skilled team of design / project engineers and designers engaged in the design and development of new and / or modified company products in accordance with customer specifications, established company engineering policies, and government / industry standards.

The manager is responsible for the technical aspects of new and legacy products within an assigned segment of business operations.

The manager is also responsible for supporting Sales and Marketing efforts, resolving technical problems, and providing technical support to Operations.
