Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage teams responsible for cross-functional capabilities within the Customer Success department
Continuously improve thought leadership and delivery excellence to enhance customer experience
Incubate new service offerings, such as Business Consulting, as business needs evolve
Required Qualifications
Experience in building and leading customer engagement / project management capabilities in a software vendor environment
Experience in building and leading business consulting or value discovery professional services capabilities
Ability and / or willingness to use the company's product
Operational excellence and a bias for action and speed
Player-coach capability to execute across various success functions
