Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated team leader to join our team! As our team leader, you will be responsible for leading, managing, rewarding and motivating team members to ensuring their daily success.

Duties / responsibilities :

Set clear team goals

Delegate tasks and set deadlines

Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance

Create a healthy and motivating work environment

Exceptional quality and safety standards

Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Motivate team members

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines and quality expectations

Qualifications :

2-3 years of experience as a team leader or similar role

2-3 years in manufacturing

Prior technical experience in electrical, plumbing, and / or carpentry is highly preferred

Good computer skills, especially MS Excel

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills
