This role is ideal for a motivated Inside Sales leader who thrives on coaching others, staying close to the action, and creating a culture where sales goals are consistently metor exceeded. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) focused on outbound and inbound appointment-setting.
- Coach Inside Sales Representatives consistently to improve tone, delivery, and KPI conversionthrough live feedback, call reviews, regular performance development sessions, and ongoing quality assurance monitoring to uphold sales standards.
- Monitor key sales performance metrics daily to ensure team productivity, lead conversion efficiency, and consistent pipeline growth.
- Conduct morning huddles, weekly performance check-ins, and individual 1 : 1s to keep the team aligned with business needs.
- Proactively demonstrate effective sales conversations to model pitch structure and tone, reinforcing best practices and supporting ongoing team development.
- Ensure consistent team coverage and schedule alignment to maximize productivity and maintain momentum during peak lead flow periods.
- Support additional sales initiatives and operational tasks as needed to ensure overall team success and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
