About the Role :
Join Assisting Hands of Orland Park as a Marketing and Sales Rep, where you will play a vital role in connecting our compassionate home care services with those in need. Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our home care services.
- Generate leads through networking, community events, and outreach initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and community partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Track and analyze sales data to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging promotional materials.
- Attend industry conferences and events to represent Assisting Hands and expand our reach.
Requirements :
Proven experience in social work, discharge planning and / or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for local travel.Passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional service.Bachelors degree in Social Work, discharge planning, or related field preferred.About Us :
