Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers across the United States. This role requires effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Manage new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers across the US.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders for project success.
• Negotiate construction, procurement, and labor contracts.
• Coordinate the design phase through implementation and operation.
• Communicate project requirements effectively to various audiences.
• Oversee facilities management, including planning, design review, implementation, and project management / control of new structures and existing buildings.
• Manage concurrent projects through effective program management.

Work Environment

This role is remote with a requirement for 50% travel to project sites located across the West Coast, Central, and East Coast of the United States.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $68.00 / hr.
