job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPlans work to be accomplished by subordinates based on priorities. Provides guidance, advice and assistance to managers, employees, and candidates for employment on a full range of services such as NAF human resources policies, administrative regulations, employee rights and services. Gives advice, counsel, instruction and training to subordinates on administrative and technical matters pertaining to NAF human resources administration. Audits subordinate work and existing records to ensure compliance with Army regulation and identifies developmental and training needs of subordinates, providing for and arranging for needed development and training. Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualification / eligibility / background requirements for this position. A one-year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. Subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks IAW R 215-3 to include a non-sensitive background investigation or higher. This is a CHRA NAF Career Path II position. Incumbent must complete the requirements for CHRA NAF Career Path III within twenty-four (24) months of placement into the position.
