Rate Range : $70 / hour to $90 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Project, with a proven track record in developing and maintaining Design 1 Implementation schedules, managing critical paths , and supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) . This role is critical in ensuring project alignment across multiple stakeholders and phases of the program lifecycle.

• Key Responsibilities : Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project for complex, multi-phase programs.
• Create and manage schedules supporting Design 1 Implementation and other key project phases.
• Identify, manage, and report on critical paths , key milestones, and dependencies across teams.
• Interface with program managers, engineers, and functional leads to gather input and ensure schedule accuracy.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) by integrating cost and schedule data for performance measurement and forecasting.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and “what-if” analyses to evaluate program impact.
• Deliver regular schedule reports, including status updates, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
• Ensure scheduling practices are aligned with internal standards and industry best practices.
• Participate in program reviews and support customer reporting requirements.

(Nice to have) Utilize Smartsheet for dashboarding, collaboration, or secondary schedule tracking
