Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.

Answer and route incoming calls efficiently.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception and kitchen area, including :

Tidying the kitchen

Emptying the dishwasher

Stocking office supplies and kitchen items

Handle light data entry and basic numerical tasks.

Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

Previous receptionist or front-desk experience required.

Friendly personality with a professional phone presence.

Basic numerical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
