The Role

As our Industrial Maintenance Manager , you'll lead our maintenance team to ensure the seamless operation of our facility by overseeing repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, equipment installations, and upgrades. You'll manage a team of 2-3 Industrial Maintenance Technicians, driving efficiency in our machine shop, forklift operations, and across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This senior leadership role requires strategic planning, hands-on expertise, and a focus on innovation to support our fast-paced production environment.

This role is full-time, on-site, with working hours from 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 45 PM. Occasional overtime is possible.

Supervisory Duties

• Manage a team of 2-3 Maintenance Technicians, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure a skilled, responsive workforce.
• Mentor technicians in advanced troubleshooting (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning, building on their entry-level capabilities.
• Implement training programs to enhance team proficiency in shop fabricating equipment, forklifts, man-lifts, and power hand tools.
