Automation Specialist
Work with business users to solicit requirements of the automation initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency, data handling and reporting.
Implement End-to-End process automation and perform data analysis, including system design, coding and functionally testing of the automate solutions.
Support for the maintenance and update of existing automation workflows, e.g. documentation or administrative support during the project development processes.
Perform UAT testing and governance process to ensure the workflow can be successfully launched onto the Production server.
Represent Finance Team to connect and collaborate with other teams as stakeholders to close the gaps and provide an automated solution to enhance operational efficiency.
Ad-hoc support for Finance Team on daily and monthly tasks with the automated tools when necessary.
Qualifications :
Must have a degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or ACCA are preferred.
Over 5 years of working experience with progressive responsibility within the accounting and automation field.
Strong Accounting intelligence background and business acumen.
Hands-on data handling experience is required, i.e. data cleansing, analysis, blending and mapping.
Good working knowledge on enterprise technology such as O365 suite, Excel VBA, MS Power tools and other financial information software.
Experience with Alteryx programs or other robotic tools will be a plus.
Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills, and able to work under pressure.
Passion to help business with a 'can-do' attitude and a growth mindset.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Cantonese is preferred.
Accurate, self-initiated, independent and have good analytical skills.
