Assistant to Paralegal

Pay : $16–$17 per hour

Location : Mulberry, Florida 33860

Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with legal research and document preparation
  • Perform electronic filing and data entry
  • Greet clients and handle front desk reception duties
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
  • Support general office tasks as needed

Requirements :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and handling sensitive information
  • Prior office or legal experience is a plus
