Our client, a leading consumer electronics brand specializing in smart home appliances and innovative cleaning solutions, is seeking a Sales Lead to join their team. As a Sales Lead, you will be part of the retail operations supporting the store in Paramus, NJ. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Paramus, NJ

Pay Range : $17-$22 / HR

Shift : Mon-Sat AM SHIFT

What's the Job?

Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on the latest industry trends and store offerings.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, supporting merchandising and inventory management.

Assist with operational tasks such as opening and closing the store, processing transactions, and supporting promotional events.

What's Needed?

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Previous experience in sales, especially in appliance, jewelry, or technical sales, is advantageous.

Effective communication skills with customers and team members.

Ability to conduct product demonstrations and handle cash transactions securely.

Multilingual abilities are a plus, supporting diverse customer interactions.
