We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead shift operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and team performance. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining high product standards, and driving productivity through effective supervision and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, and optimizing shift performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education :
Associates degree (or equivalent experience) in business, management or supervision desired
Experience :
1-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience and 3 - 5 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Computer Skills :
Experience with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Windows based programs. Familiarity with business management programs (KIWI, SAP, etc.) a plus.
Certificates & Licenses :
Emergency Response Team certification or able to be certified
