Account Executive (Strategic Partnerships)
Full-time | On-site | San Francisco, CA
Compensation : $100K – $150K + Competitive Equity
About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive recruiter acquisition and strategic partnerships for a rapidly scaling recruiting marketplace. In this role, you’ll sell into one of the most dynamic user bases imaginable — independent recruiters and boutique recruiting agencies — building relationships that can turn a single close into a multi-seven-figure account.
This is a unique mix of sales, partnerships, and market creation. You’ll own the recruiter acquisition funnel end-to-end, from sourcing and pitching to expansion and retention, while shaping the playbook that scales the platform to thousands of partners.
On-site 5 days / week in San Francisco (Jackson Square).
What You’ll Do
- Own recruiter and agency acquisition — prospect, pitch, close, and expand accounts
- Qualify and onboard high-potential partners that align with company standards
- Develop outbound systems and processes that consistently generate pipeline
- Build and nurture deep relationships with top recruiting agencies and independents
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply with marketplace demand and drive growth
