Vending Scheduling Coordinator

InReach is seeking a Vending Scheduling Coordinator located in Austin, TX. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to optimize dynamic scheduling of vending assets and routing of delivery / service vehicles utilizing our vending management system (VMS).

The successful candidate will ensure vending operations run efficiently by leveraging system data, scheduling tools, and route optimization software to improve service levels, reduce costs, and maximize driver productivity.

What You'll Do

• System Management

Utilize the vending management system including route scheduling, machine monitoring, and reporting.

Develop, update, and manage dynamic route schedules based on real-time data to meet daily timing and planning requirements (service needs).

Work closely with Branch Leadership to ensure smooth execution of daily schedules.

Communicate route changes clearly and promptly to all affected team members.
