Soin Medical Center

Soin Medical Center has been serving residents of Greene, Western Clark, Eastern Montgomery, and Miami counties since 2012. Conveniently located off I-675 in Beavercreek. Provides a variety of health care services and is home to 4 accredited Centers of Excellence including hernia and robotic surgery. In 2020, Soin received an "A" from the Leapfrog Group, a national patient safety watchdog, ranking among the safest hospitals in the United States. Received 4 Star Baby-Friendly Hospital status by the Ohio Hospital Association. Soin received several awards from Healthgrades Patient Safety Excellence Award (2017-2019) Outstanding Patient Experience Award (2017-2019)

Responsibilities & Requirements

Assists Environmental Services staff to perform routine and periodic cleaning procedures correctly, by supplying technical / personal support. Performs QA checks. Train on an as needed basis and is able to conduct any disciplinary actions as needed. Assists in working areas in employee shortages. Conducts frequent rounding on employees. Ensures that staff is using the proper PPE for good infection control practices for all duties performed.

High school or GED equivalent.

Must have at least 3 years of experience in Housekeeping.

Must have 1-3 years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping or related field.

Excellent communication skills required.

Must have good computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

IEHA member working toward Certification preferred.
