Prestige Staffing is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to work with an ENT practices as a Vestibular Technician in Newark, DE area, Will perform a max of 4 diagnostic tests series a day. Ideal candidate will be technically savvy, ERM trained and highly motivated. This is a contract to hire role and needs to be filled ASAP.
Compensation :
$26-28 / hour based on experience and education
Monthly bonus based on the number of patients tested.

Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnostic Testing : Set up, disassemble, and operate multiple pieces of state-of-the-art vestibular diagnostic equipment on scheduled patients.
- Client Interaction : Maintain professional and courteous interactions with providers’ offices and patients, ensuring high-quality service.
- Clinical Coordination : Work proficiently with web-based portals to submit timely and accurate diagnostic results for clinical interpretation.
- Leadership Potential : As the business grows, take on a leadership role within the territory, helping to train and manage additional technicians.
- Professional Representation : Serve as the face of the business providing exceptional in-office customer service and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Qualifications :
Certified Medical Assistant Degree (Preferred).High School Diploma (Required).3+ years of experience working in a medical office environment.2+ years of experience with diagnostic equipment (e.g., X-ray, EKG, EMG, ABI).Prior medical management experience is a plus.2 years of scheduling experienceExperience working with insurance verificationModMed EMR system experience is very helpfulProficient understanding of medical terminology, CPT Coding (ICD-10), and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR / EHR).Experience in ENT, Audiology, Neurotology, Neurology, or Dizziness / Balance Centers is a major plus.Familiarity with vestibular diagnostic equipment or experience working with patients who have vestibular dysfunction or a history of falls is highly desirable.Strong technological proficiency, particularly with patient management software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Highly motivated, self-driven, punctual, and disciplined.Able to travel to Atlanta, GA for one week of training at company's expenseApply today for immediate consideration.
