About the role

The Analyst, Payment Integrity is responsible for supporting Coordination of Benefits efforts for Payment Integrity. This role is responsible for investigating and verifying proper payment of Oscar medical and pharmacy claims.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Payment Integrity.

Work Location : This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in : Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas. #LI-Remote

Pay Transparency :

The base pay for this role is : $24.58 - $32.26 per hour. You are also eligible for employee benefits and monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 15 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, investigate and confirm if dual coverage exists for Oscar membership
• Support leadership to scope, size, prioritize items and deliver Coordination of Benefits solutions
• Utilize data analysis skills and tools to develop accurate, quantitative analyses of payment issues
• Complete quality reviews of coordination of benefits vendor findings
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
