Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, young-minded and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The main responsibility of this highly motivated person will be to support the marketing team with planning, execution and tracking marketing programs and strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Report to Marketing Director
- Support marketing manager and team members on projects such as developing customer satisfaction strategies
- Help collecting and interpreting marketing data and analytics
- Contribute to marketing plans and activities via weekly marketing meeting
- Help with New Patient Reports by compiling a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual report to show the percentage of patients within a given category (by doctor, office location, and medical / vision appointment type) that are new
- Help with Marketing Referral Report by creating a monthly report that keeps a count of the number of new patients being referred to MEC from various referral sources
- Prepare Gift Card Reports by keeping an updated spreadsheet of patients who have left reviews for our practice and for our providers on Google, Health Grades or via email
- Send out weekly, if necessary, gift cards to patients who left a review on any of the platforms by using the Gift Card Report created
- Assist the manager or any member of the team with graphic design work by helping with the design of and provide insights for various MEC promotional materials (flyers, t-shirts, banners and social media content)
- Send electronic “thank you” notes to patients for their referrals to our practice
- Perform other tasks as needed
