Job Description : Overview :

Tampa Bay Academy of Hope's Fostering Aspirations : Mentor Engagement (FAME) Program is seeking a dedicated and motivated Mentor Coordinator to oversee the mentorship program, with a focus on recruiting, supporting, and monitoring mentor-mentee matches. The Mentor Coordinator will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining meaningful mentoring relationships within the program.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with partners and community organizations to promote mentor volunteerism.

Maintain regular contact with mentors and mentees to monitor the progress and quality of match relationships.

Identify and create opportunities for mentoring activities in the community that align with the goals of the FAME Program.

Develop and maintain a weekly calendar of mentoring activities that are easily accessible to match participants.

Maintain accurate records of mentor and mentee profiles, match progress, and activity participation.
