Construction Supervisor

Clean & Green Landscape is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead and manage multiple residential landscape construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our high standards of quality.

As the single point of contact for clients after the sale, you will own daily construction operations, working closely with crews, clients, and internal teams. You'll be in the field 90% of the time, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading teams, solving problems, and delivering beautiful landscapes.

Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Development

• Manage 2–3 landscape construction crews, including foremen and laborers.
• Hire, train, and develop crew members and foremen, ensuring high performance and safety.
• Hold crews accountable for job quality, productivity, and professionalism.
