ERP Implementation Communication Specialist

Insight Global is hiring an ERP Implementation Communication Specialist to join a SLED end client. You will be a part of a multi-year ERP modernization program for migrating and upgrading on-premises Oracle E-Business Financials, Oracle Peoplesoft Human Capital Management Applications, and Kronos Workforce Management system to the latest SaaS-based Oracle Cloud ERP Platform as part of a business and technology transformation. The ERP Implementation Communication Specialist will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication throughout the entire transformation process. You will ensure all stakeholders are well-informed, engages, and aligned with the goals and progress of the ERP project. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, project managers, and end-user to create and execute communication plans that enhance understanding and mitigate resistance. Responsibilities include developing communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, content creation, training support, change management, feedback collection, and documentation. This is a long-term remote contract opportunity.

• Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or related field
• Proven communication experience preferably in ERP or IT implementations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their implementation processes
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-function teams
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
