Key Responsibilities
Develops training materials and messages for nontechnical audiences
Creates scripts for video tutorials and updates existing documentation
Collaborates with subject matter experts and monitors analytics on training materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of experience in communication and training writing and development
Experience in the Biotechnology / Pharmaceuticals industry is a must
Familiarity with content and learning management systems (CMS and LMS) is a plus
Portfolio of writing samples required for review
