Our client is looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Business Partner to support their growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to partner with corporate leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives in a dynamic, collaborative environment that prioritizes culture, employee development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic HR Support : Partner with corporate leadership to provide guidance on people-related matters, build strong working relationships, and support business objectives through effective HR strategies.
- Talent Planning & Acquisition : Lead workforce planning efforts, manage the hiring process from requisition approval through offer acceptance, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding & Integration : Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company, location, and role—especially during their first 90 days.
- Performance & Talent Management : Coordinate annual goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles. Support communication and follow-through of performance and talent development initiatives.
- Project & Change Management : Drive HR projects by identifying priorities, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and adjusting plans as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as a key liaison between HR and other departments to align communications, policies, and decisions across the organization.
- Data & Reporting : Compile and analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, headcount, costs) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Payroll & Benefits Support : Assist with payroll and benefits administration, including managing leaves of absence (FMLA, STD, etc.), to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Employee Relations : Manage sensitive employee relations issues with discretion, professionalism, and a focus on fair outcomes.
- HR Initiatives & Communications : Support the rollout of HR programs such as open enrollment, compensation planning, and policy updates.
- Culture & Compliance : Model the company's core values and code of conduct, and help coach others in living out those values.
- Travel : Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred (additional experience may offset lack of degree)Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience , ideally supporting corporate functions and senior leadersStrong knowledge of employment law and regulatory complianceProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExperience navigating change and challenging the status quo to drive improvementHigh energy, strong follow-through, and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesProfessionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused mindsetCompensation & Benefits :
