The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

We are currently seeking a customer focused BDC Consultant to join our team at BMW of Fort Lauderdale. This in-store position plays a vital role in fostering a strong and collaborative relationship between our virtual BDC and the BMW store, driving alignment and ultimately boosting sales performance.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Maximizing internet lead and portfolio management TO performance
• Facilitate effective TO distribution to sales advisors
• Follow up with TOs to ensure workflows have been executed
• Review internal notes ensuring each TO is handled personally and promptly
• Keep daily notes on TO activity to ensure a regular follow-up and reporting
• Be fully prepared for daily appointments
• Confirm appointments prior to arrival time
• Reschedule "no-show" appointments when necessary
• Understand importance and benefits to the retail business
• Identify opportunities to build trust and mutual respect

Qualifications :

Compensation : Salary of $55,000 plus monthly performance bonus. OTE $73,000!

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $22.50 - $32.63 USD per hour.
