Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales onboarding and ongoing training programs
Oversee an AI roleplay platform for sales practice and objection handling
Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to ensure effective communication and training on new features
Required Qualifications
Five years of sales enablement experience, preferably with program development
Experience with RFP responses in a B2B setting
Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in from senior stakeholders
Experience managing sales enablement or content management platforms
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
