A company is looking for a Sr. Office Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office financial administration, including expense monitoring and budget preparation
Facilitate the on- and off-boarding processes for personnel and coordinate HR policies
Oversee facilities management and ensure compliance with real estate licensing requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience in commercial real estate and / or office management
At least five years of professional experience; bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of financial terms and principles
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions
