Customer Service Account Manager – Personal Lines
Client is thriving personal lines insurance agency with three locations in the Birmingham, MI, area. They are seeking a Customer Service Account Manager that can be located in any of these locations on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities :
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Respond to all inquiries, service requests, and sales requests
within specified timeframe.
Write and service policies in the Guidewire system.Perform policy reviews to correct issues and optimize coverageoptions based upon client needs.
Meet with clients in person (in the office only).Cross-selling (add-ons) and client retention tasksAssist with marketing and lead follow-upOrganize documentation received from clients and carriers in the agencyCRM system.
Qualifications :
Possess a Michigan Property and Casualty License.Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.Proficiency to multi-tasking, follow-thru and follow-up.Great Customer Service Skills and outstanding verbal communicationskills.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situationsIs a team player with a can-do attitude.A people-person with great verbal communication skills who is a team player with a can-do attitude.Compensation :
