    We are looking for a detailed, customer-focused individual to help manage and support TV One and iOne Digital’s sales team and advertising operations. As the Account Manager, you will work closely with internal departments, brands, and agencies to ideate and execute campaigns flawlessly. Accuracy, efficiency, analysis, and the ability to work autonomously while meeting tight deadlines are critical to success in this role. This position is a client-facing role and is responsible for the planning and execution of media plans on assigned accounts, as well as facilitating the management of all aspects of the campaign from the pre-sale cycle through the post-sale cycle, providing an end-to-end experience for iOne Digital’s advertising and agency partners.

    The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously, highly organized, proactive, committed to white glove client service, and can handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Media Planning – receive RFPs and build digital media plans that adhere to company guidelines and KPIs from clients.
    • Develop an understanding of client business, needs, expectations, and requirements.
    • Schedule, reserve media space / inventory, issue insertion orders, cancellations, and change requests.
    • Enter and manage insertion orders within third-party and internal sales operations systems.
    • Project Management – manage day to day pre and post-sale activities to ensure successful planning and launch of all integrated marketing programs. Work with cross departmental colleagues to problem solve and implement best practices for marketing programs.
    • Account Management – manage day-to-day client communications. Provide regularly scheduled reporting with marketing insights. Manage campaigns to meet or exceed client KPIs and internal benchmarks.
    • Work with the ad operations team to compile engagement and benchmark data, providing clients with weekly and / or ad-hoc campaign performance updates and optimization recommendations.
    • Update internal databases and documents throughout the campaign to maintain accurate project records.
    • Keep manager updated on project status, escalating issues when needed.
    • Hold weekly client and campaign status calls with the sales team.
    • Keep Sales up to date on the status of completed, live, and upcoming campaigns.
    • Finance management – provide end-of-month billing to the finance team for collections and reconciliation.  Point of contact for all billing matters related to the finance department.
    • Stay current with iOne Digital’s brand offerings and performance.
    • Thrive in a creative business environment and maintain a positive demeanor.
    • Stay abreast of market knowledge.
    • Other special projects as assigned.
    • Complies with Network and Urban One’s mandatory trainings and adheres to related course deadlines.

    • CRITICAL COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS :

    • Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape (ex. display, video, OTT / CTV).
    • Knowledge of Excel, formulas, and pivot tables.
    • Knowledge of 3rd party reporting platforms and report formats.
    • Knowledge of IAB standards for reporting, terms and conditions, view ability and bot traffic guidelines.
    • Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, work. independently and within tight deadlines, adapt and operate in a fast-paced and evolving team environment.
    • Possesses strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation skills).
    • Attention to detail, thoroughness, accountability, excellent follow-through.
    • Master of the to-do list.
    • Knowledge of digital transactions (CPM, CPV, CPL, CPA, CPC, CPV, vCPM, etc.).
    • Ability to problem solve and think tactically and analytically.
    • EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS :

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, and / or communications.
    • 1-2 years’ experience in Digital Account Management role / media planning experience.
    • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (specifically Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Excel).

      Categories :

    • Identifiers – This includes information that identifies you, like your name, postal address, and contact details.
    • Application details and supporting materials – The information related to your application, including both information you provided (e.g., resumes, educational and professional records and certificates, personal statements, and references) and information we gathered from other sources in connection with evaluating you as a candidate for employment (e.g., statements from your references, results of background checks that you have authorized us to perform, public records, and government records).
