Cleaver Brooks Sales and Service is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. The Service Coordinator will provide CBSS with qualified assistance in handling routine administrative duties that support South Texas Services and Operations. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of time keeping, data entry, dispatch, and providing support ensuring office operations are organized and efficient.

Essential functions :

Assists management and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication :

• Assists Service Managers with scheduling and / or coordinating various day to day activities
• Handles purchase requisitions and purchase orders for third party services
• Responsible for payroll and time entry
• Monitors and schedules training for employees on an as needed basis
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
• Acts as a liaison between Service, Sales, and Customers
• Support peers and management with internal and external projects
• Professional communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
• Adhere to company policies
• All other duties as assigned
