Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Talent Solutions Manager to join our FlexRecruit team. This role is dedicated to generating new business, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our recruitment solutions to a variety of industries. This is a non-exempt, on-site / field-based role in Sacramento, CA, that reports directly to the CEO. You will serve as the face of FlexRecruit-responsible for outbound sales, client engagement, and helping companies reduce hiring costs through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and field outreach.
Promote FlexRecruit's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions and cost-saving models to key decision-makers.
Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand pain points and hiring needs.
Develop tailored proposals and pricing structures that align with client goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategy with delivery capacity and capabilities.
Represent PDG at in-person meetings, local industry events, and community functions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities, goals, and client touchpoints.
Prepare weekly activity reports and sales updates for executive leadership.
Qualifications
Required :
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or talent solutions.
Proven track record in outbound sales or staffing / RPO business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to executives.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and digital presentation tools.
Willingness and ability to work in-office and travel locally for field-based activities.
Preferred :
Experience selling talent acquisition, staffing, or workforce solutions.
Familiarity with HR and recruiting decision-makers and industry language.
Knowledge of Sacramento regional market and business landscape.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate : $30 $35 / hour (equivalent to $62,400 $72,800 annually)
Total Compensation Potential : Up to $100,000+ with bonuses and commissions
