Key Responsibilities
Consulting partners on integration issues and providing recommendations on API methods
Analyzing and diagnosing errors in client-server interactions and tracking performance indicators
Collaborating with internal teams and partners, updating documentation, and participating in technical discussions
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in technical support
Experience in analyzing logs to identify and resolve failures
Knowledge of API principles and client-server architecture
Familiarity with JSON, XML data formats, and debugging tools like Postman
Basic knowledge of SQL and English proficiency at B2+ level
