Client Advisor - Luxury Retail (Hollywood, FL)

What You'll Do :

  • Relationship Building : Forge strong, enduring connections with clients by anticipating their needs and providing exceptional, personalized service.
  • Expert Knowledge : Become a confident authority on our exclusive product offerings, new arrivals, and evolving industry trends.
  • Drive Excellence : Meet and exceed ambitious sales goals while maintaining the impeccable visual and operational standards of our boutique environment.
  • Embody Our Values : Uphold and champion our core values daily, demonstrating ownership, resilience, and a family-oriented approach in all client and team interactions.

What You Bring :

  • Presence & Poise : A confident yet approachable demeanor with a polished appearance and professional communication style.
  • Exceptional People Skills : High levels of empathy, emotional intelligence, and active listening skills.
  • Foundational Experience : A minimum of a High School Diploma and some professional experience in retail and / or sales.
  • Tech Savvy : Comfort and proficiency with technology, including POS systems, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
  • Preferred Assets : Previous experience in luxury retail and bi-lingual skills to serve our diverse clientele.

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base Salary : $50,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) : Potential to earn $85,000+ with commission.
  • Comprehensive Benefits : Health coverage and 401K matching up to 4% .
