What You'll Do
- Responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to ensure seamless data integration with Snowflake Data Warehouse, processing, and analysis. Gather and integrate data from Snowflake into a CDP to understand customer behavior, preferences, and trends to drive personalized marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Design, create, and implement the CDP, integrating with Snowflake while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and security.
- Ensure seamless integration of the CDP with data sources ingested within Snowflake, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools. Develop and maintain Snowflake ELT pipelines to integrate data sources / attributes not available within the CDP.
- Create and maintain source-to-target mappings and data lineage. Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business partners to build data solutions, including writing complex queries and optimizing queries for predictive and reporting applications.
- Contribute to data architecture by supporting scalable CDP data architectures and monitoring CDP performance for optimization.
- Partner with marketing, sales, analytics, and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Maintain thorough documentation of the CDP architecture, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all customer data sources. Implement and support data governance and compliance protocols, including GDPR and CCPA. Monitor and troubleshoot the CDP to resolve issues promptly.
- Machine Learning : Create and deploy machine learning models for customer segmentation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
- Stay current with trends, tools, and technologies in customer data platforms and data analytics.
What You'll Bring
8+ years' experience with CDP platforms (e.g., High Touch, Simon Data, Segment or similar).Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse for setting up data pipelines.Relevant experience as a Developer in a similar role within retail or apparel.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy).Experience with API integrations, web services, and data cleansing.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python; strong SQL skills (Oracle, Snowflake).Experience with cloud storage (AWS and GCP) and CI / CD tooling (Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins) and GitHub.Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).Familiarity with agile development methodologies and data privacy / security standards (CCPA, GDPR).Strong database modeling, SQL / NoSQL knowledge, and understanding of data analytics and machine learning.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work independently or in a team.Benefits
