Key Responsibilities :
Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Manage performance review processes and support leadership development initiatives.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Maintain HR records and systems, and generate reports for leadership.Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.SHRM or HRCI certification preferred but not required.Salary : $69,898 - $72,400 depending on experience
