What You'll Do
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of internal and subcontracted construction crews.Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.Ensure adherence to engineering specifications, safety regulations, and company standards.Conduct site visits, daily briefings, and safety meetings to reinforce compliance and productivity.Monitor project schedules, labor hours, and material usage to stay on budget and on time.Serve as the main point of contact between field teams and senior leadership.Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.Resolve project issues, provide technical guidance, and support continuous improvement efforts.Oversee crews participating in on-call rotations or emergency response as needed.Travel locally to project sites and occasionally to company headquarters for coordination meetings.What You'll Bring
High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.4+ years of telecommunications construction experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.Strong understanding of aerial and underground construction practices, safety standards, and utility coordination.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred.Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and manage multiple job sites effectively.Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credential.Experience with both aerial and underground fiber builds.Familiarity with digital project tracking or job documentation tools.Why Join Us
