Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of healthcare claims data using advanced validation techniques
Design and maintain retrospective and predictive models for performance analysis and risk identification
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance analytical tools and improve data reliability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics
7+ years of experience analyzing healthcare claims data
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or similar data tools
Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and complex formulas
Knowledge of healthcare network rosters and quality measurement methodologies
