First Bank is currently seeking a Marketing Director to join the team! As a Marketing Director you willdevelop and execute marketing initiatives that will support the bank's growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility. This role plays a key part in driving integrated campaigns, managing digital and traditional channels, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives.

Duties include :

Marketing Strategy and Execution :

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the bank's goals and values
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all platforms
• Manage digital channels including website, social media, and email
• Coordinate traditional media efforts including print, radio, and community outreach
• Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and media partners
• Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with product, retail, and digital banking teams to promote services and drive adoption

Qualified candidates would have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent experience and5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in banking or financial services.Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition, exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skill, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment are all important to the role. In addition, proficiency with Microsoft Suite is essential and familiarity with banking regulations is preferred.
