A company is looking for a Commission Analyst to support the sales and revenue organization through data analysis and incentive program management.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales organization and leaders for sales compensation
Create, maintain, and validate dashboards and reporting for sales compensation
Administer spiff and incremental sales compensation programs and resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of sales compensation experience
Experience with Captivate IQ or Excel-based ICM sales compensation platforms preferred
Familiarity with global sales compensation markets and practices
Superior Excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables
Demonstrated analytical skills for in-depth analysis
