Now Hiring Maintenance Technician- 1st / 2nd shift

Location : Kings Mountain, NC

Employment Type : Full-Time

About the Role

Perform reactive and preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery

Document issues and resolutions; order and install replacement parts

Diagnose causes of unexpected breakdowns and maintain detailed maintenance reports

Manage shop areas : clean, organize, inventory, and stock parts / tools

Coordinate with managers to schedule maintenance using internal systems

Collaborate with engineering and production teams on modifications, test runs, and improvements

Document work performed and suggest enhancements to minimize future failures

Required Skills & Experience

Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational and communication skills

Mechanically inclined with basic electrical knowledge

Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Vocational certificate, associate's degree, or equivalent maintenance experience preferred

Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stretch, push / pull equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required; safety shoes mandatory
