Architectural Project Manager

Ready for the next step in your career? We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager with retail, restaurant and commercial architectural experience. The candidate should be able to represent the company with clients and consultants with a wide range of technical knowledge related to architecture, building and construction.

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the ability to multi-task and establish priorities across multiple projects at various stages. Consult with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements and ensure that design meets aesthetic standards and that construction projects comply with building regulations. Provide broad oversight of the complete Contract Documents, including drawings and specifications. Proficient in contract administration, negotiation, monitoring of budgets and billings; preparation of Additional Service Requests. Prepare and ensure accuracy of technical documents through quality assurance reviews at different project phases. Resolve complex technical / design issues and provide support, guidance and training to the team.

Qualifications

Education and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in accredited Architecture program
• Registered Architect : licensure in the state of Colorado is highly desired
• Minimum of ten (10) years experience as an architect; 15 years experience is
• Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to interact professionally and comfortably and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
• Demonstrated experience with client interaction and ability to lead and mentor a team
• AutoCAD and Revit experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of architectural principles, practices and techniques
• Strong drive for quality
• Proven ability to function in all phases of project development from schematic design through contract administration
