Technical Operator 1

Our client in Holland, Michigan is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. This is a well established, growing company located on the south end of Holland. Don’t wait… apply today!

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare equipment and materials for production
  • Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, in-putting materials, and monitoring defects / loss for continuous operation
  • Conduct self-inspection of the product and check the quality
  • Maintain accurate records of production work in GMES (Global Manufacturing Execution System)
  • Track all non-conformations and scraps
  • Compliance with health / safety / environmental / fire regulations
  • Perform 5s audits, maintain production logs, quality checks and maintenance work logs
  • Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards :
  • Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
  • Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
