Director of Surgical Services (Day Shift)
Location : Kansas City, MO, 64101
Shift : 12 hr Days | 07 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PM
Job Type : Permanent, Full-Time
Guaranteed Hours : (36 hours / week)
Compensation : Based on experience (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities :
- Quality & Patient Safety :
Implement evidence-based practices, ensure regulatory compliance, reduce clinical variation, and drive continuous improvement.
Manage daily surgical operations, lead and mentor staff, coordinate care across departments, and optimize workflows.
Assist in budget planning, manage resource utilization, identify cost-saving strategies, and support capital initiatives.
Contribute to long-term growth strategies, drive innovation, expand service lines, and ensure policy compliance.
Education & Experience Requirements :
(OR several years as a Manager in a large facility surgical department)
